  1. Smile
  2. Take a full Deep Breath.
  3. Take Another
  4. Think about someone you love doing something lovable.
  5. Listen to Laughter
  6. Take a Dance Break (Via Fierce Love for Everybody’s Facebook page)
  7. Rub your eyebrows.
  8. Google your favorite color + color (pink + color).
  9. Go pee.
  10. Drink a glass of water.
  11. Eat something delicious for the sake of pleasure. Stop whatever you’re doing and enjoy it in your mouth.
  12. Do something nice for someone else, with or without credit.
  13. Ask yourself what you’re feeling right now: sad, mad, glad? Then ask yourself what you need right now. Do that.
  14. Pick something that feels bad (your shoulder blade, your hurt feelings, your boredom) and really feel it. Let it grow larger. The feeling will ease/pass in 90 seconds or less.
  15. Stand up, stretch your arms to the ceiling and bend your whole body side to side.
